Greetings from the Green Chair!

One thing I love about fantasy is all the beautiful book covers that entice you in and make you want to read. Regardless of if there is a magical sword, a wizard, an amazing dragon, castles, waterfalls, winged people (hint, hint) or if there is a shirtless muscle bound warrior or warrior woman, covers are the thing that get you to stop and read the synopsis, and hopefully, the book.

When it was time to plan my book five cover art, I had no idea as to what I wanted to do. I searched for hours and hours trying to come up with a good idea that would accurately portray the book and also entice people to want to read. For book five I think accomplished that. The winged man and the cool sword give book five a very powerful look giving just enough of a hint of the story inside. I have had a lot of compliments on my book cover and I think I nailed it.

So far, book five is receiving four- and five-star reviews. I am always humbled and encouraged at the same time by the positive comments on something I have poured my heart and imagination into.

The most current review comes from jenniereads.com. Although she is not usually a fantasy reader, she agreed to review book one, Of Demon Kind, and has been a fan ever since.
