Greetings from the Green Chair!

I have been spending a lot of time in my green chair lately. Writing, editing, planning, researching, posting...it all goes into releasing a new book. With the summer solstice coming June 21st, I'm planning on releasing a story I've had in the works for a couple years now.

You've no idea what trepidation and excitement releasing a new book causes! Doubt sets in salted with hope and then there I am committed! Here is a brief look at what is coming in Solstice Child.

A blood debt owed. Two enemies love the same woman. One of them must die. At the summer solstice festival passion and destiny collide.

Runa is a solstice child, but none of the love and protection that she is due comes from her family. To what lengths will she go to escape their harsh treatment? Guided by the goddess Freya, Runa is determined to weave destiny as she desires, but when two men enter life, will she sacrifice everything for love?

Brand is consumed by an unyielding vow to collect a blood debt from the Viking raiders who slew his family. The sacred peace of the solstice festival demands he wait take his revenge before the last enemy falls to his sword. He had not counted on the love of a solstice child to come between him and his final vengeance.

Hunted for a decade, Eiland has thwarted death. Now he must pay for the wrongs committed in his youth. On the brink of death, he stumbles into the arms of a mysterious girl who gives him new hope and a reason to live. When fate catches up to him, he must choose life or Valhalla.

Who will emerge triumphant in the inevitable battle between the two men Runa loves?

Solstice Child is a mesmerizing stand-alone adventure that will captivate readers from beginning to end. With its intoxicating blend of sensual historical fantasy romance, and elements of Norse mythology, this tale weaves a spellbinding tapestry of love, passion, and sacrifice. Brace yourself for a riveting love-triangle romance that will leave an indelible mark on your heart.
